Project Overview 'Video & ADKAR'
This motion graphics video project, in which I was responsible for all stages of production, was created for a consulting services company (branding removed) to show the benefits of using video when implementing the ADKAR method in change management.
A clean digital style blended with an organic aesthetic showcases the versatility and creativity video offers for conveying complex concepts.
Storyboard development from paper to vector to raster.
Puppet character parts created in Photoshop and rigged in After Effects using DUIK.

I designed these materials using the company’s colour palette and fonts to complement the video content while ensuring they could also stand alone for independent distribution.
